What are the shipping costs?

Outside of the EU the shipment costs are € 10,-.
Attention: For shipments outside the EU, customs duties may apply. BURKELY is not liable for these costs. We do not ship parcels to PO Box addresses.
Where can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email. With this number, you can follow your order so you know exactly when to expect it.
My order was not delivered within 1 to 4 working days. What can I do?
It can happen that your package gets delayed. If you haven’t received your package after 3 days, please send an email to [email protected], and we will investigate where your package is.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. It’s possible that the email ended up there. If it’s not in your spam folder either, please contact our customer service. We’re here to help! Send an email to [email protected] and don’t forget to mention your order number.
