We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a product from us in poor condition. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It would be helpful if you could include a photo of the item in your email. We will work swiftly to resolve your complaint as soon as possible!
If your ordered item does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days if it is undamaged, unworn, and with the attached label.
Please notify us of your return by contacting email@example.com. Our customer service will process your return request as quickly as possible.
You will receive a return form that needs to be completed and returned via email. Once we have received all the necessary information and it has been approved, you will receive a DPD return label via email. It is important to affix this return label to the securely packaged return package.
You can drop off your return package at a DPD Pickup Parcelshop. To find the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop, please visit www.dpd.com.nl. Once we have received the package, we aim to process the return within 5 working days.
Returning your order is free of charge! Follow the instructions under “How can I return my order?”. BURKELY is not liable for any damage and/or loss of items returned for free. We advise you to always keep a shipping receipt with Track & Trace for reference.
You can contact customer service for a return form. We will then send you a return form. To complete the return request, it is important that the completed return form is emailed back to our customer service.
Once we have received your return parcel, we will refund the amount to the bank account you have used to pay your order within 5 working days.
Your complaint is important to us. You can simply submit a digital complaint by sending our customer service an email with the issue. We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days
What are my rights when it comes to guarantees?
We give you 5-year warranty on all BURKELY bags, as long as the products are used properly.
If there is any issue with your product, we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. If you want to make a claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service.
