How do I place an order? If the desired item is available, click on ”add to cart” to add the item to your shopping cart. When your order is complete, click on order. Then enter your details. All fields marked with a * are required. Proceed to payment and choose your payment method. After you have completed the payment, your order is finalized. You will receive an order confirmation in your email.
How can I pay?

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need a personal account to place an order. This way, we can send you a Track & Trace of your ordered package.
Can I change my order afterward?
It is still possible to cancel your order and/or change your details before the order has been processed by us.
I have not received my refund yet. What now?
Once we have received your returned package, we will refund the money to the account you used for payment within 5 working days.
My refund has not been processed. What should I do?
It is possible that something did not go quite right or did not come through to us. Please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Do not forget to mention your order number in the email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
