My order has been delivered incorrectly, is damaged, or incomplete.
We are very sorry that the item delivered by us was not received in good condition. Please contact us via [email protected]. It works fastest when you immediately add a photo in the email. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible!
How can I return my order?
If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, the item can be returned undamaged, unworn, and with the label attached within 30 days. Report your return to [email protected]. The customer service will process your return request as quickly as possible.
You will receive a return form that must be filled out and emailed back. Once we have received and approved all the information, you will receive a DPD return label by email. Once you have received the return label, it is important to stick it on the well-packaged return package.
You can drop off your return package at a DPD Pickup Parcelshop. For the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop, visit www.dpd.com.nl. Once we have received the package, we aim to process the return within 5 working days.
What are the costs for returning?
Returning your order is FREE! Follow the instructions under “How can I return my order?”. BURKELY is not liable for the damage and/or loss of articles sent back for free. We, therefore, advise you to always keep the shipping proof with Track & Trace safe.
Where can I find a return form?
For a return form, you may contact customer service. We will then send you a return form. To complete the return request, it is important that the return form is filled out and emailed back to our customer service.
I have not received my refund yet. What now?
Once we have received your returned package, we will refund the money to the account you used for payment within 5 working days.
I have a complaint. Where can I address it?
It’s unfortunate that your new purchase did not meet your expectations. We would like to resolve your complaint. When you contact our customer service, we will look for a suitable solution.
How long is the warranty, and what are my rights?
All BURKELY bags come with a 5-year warranty provided the products are properly cared for.
Should there unexpectedly be something wrong with your product, we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. That’s our guarantee! If you want to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service.
